Your card may not be going through for a couple of different reasons. Most likely, the information being entered on the checkout page may not match the information your bank has. If you are trying to make a donation internationally, please note that even though our checkout page is equipped to handle these transactions, banks in other countries may have higher security measures in place.
Your web browser can make a huge difference. Try using a different browser (we recommend Chrome) or a different computer altogether. The problem could be even be with your cookies (no, not sweet, warm, chocolate chip cookies!); Type giveforward.com/cookie into your browser. If your cookies are enabled it should say "your cookies look good to us!" If not you will need to enable cookies via the settings on whatever browser you are using (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer).
