I got an email from WePay saying they have transferred my funds but I haven’t seen them yet!
Not to worry! If you received an email notifying you of the transfer of funds, you most likely haven’t seen it appear in your bank account as it will not reflect immediately. WePay gives a timeframe of between 2-5 business days before you may see the funds reflect in the bank account linked. This is dependent upon the individual bank. Typically, we do not see it usually take the full 5 business days but WePay does need to give this time frame to apply to all banking institutions. If you still haven't seen your funds appear in your bank account after 5 business days, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
